RecDetec - Detecting Recombination and Phylogenetic Information Along Alignments
Introduction:
RecDetec is a software to investigate recombination scenarios based on the bootscan principle along alignments of (viral) genomes.
It also allowes to assess the content of phylogenetic information along alignments.
